Dr. William Weedon, President and CEO
Applied Radar, Inc.

Applied Radar had a customer-driven requirement to obtain ISO 9001 certification and desired to meet the latest version of the standard.

Applied Radar initially brought Polaris MEP in to help lead, train, coordinate and facilitate the preparation for ISO 9001:2008 registration with management and non-management personnel. During the initial stages of the engagement, the latest version of the standard, ISO 9001:2015, was released and the project was adjusted to address the updated requirements.

Polaris MEP assisted with process and documentation improvements to align with ISO 9001:2015 requirements, now with a heavier focus on risk. lmpacts, measures and outcomes from project initiatives were developed jointly, with progress communicated on a frequent, formal and regular basis.

Polaris MEP leveraged their decades of QMS expertise and the knowledge to fully support project implementation to ensure business sustainability and growth.
