As part of ReopeningRI, the state of Rhode Island now requires all businesses to have a “COVID-19 Control Plan.” This four-part webinar series dives deep into four focus areas — Screening, Cleaning, Faces (masks) and Spaces (distancing) — to offer practical ideas specific to manufacturing.

Chris Cinieri, Polaris MEP Project Manager, will present key guidance from the RI Manufacturing Workplace Readiness Playbook published in early May by Polaris MEP and RIMA. Chris will draw on his years of experience in food manufacturing. He’ll be joined by one of RI’s manufacturers to talk about what works (and what could work better) for tackling COVID-19.

Attendees will be able to share tips or to ask questions, making it easier to develop and carry out a COVID-19 control plan.

Part 2 – Get Answers to YOUR Cleaning Questions
  • Learn how long the COVID-19 coronavirus lives on what surfaces
  • Review the three key steps to hygiene and disinfection
  • Hear a fellow RI manufacturer share tips from the “front lines”
  • Take a look at the new state co-op for cleaning supplies with Dave Chenevert, Executive Director of the Rhode Island Manufacturers Association
Who Should Attend?
  • Manufacturing Leaders, Facilities Managers, Operations Leaders, COVID-19 Response Team Members
