Elie Albarran joined Polaris MEP in January of 2023. Prior to joining our team of manufacturing advisors, Elie worked for Materion Corporation in Lincoln, Rhode Island, as a Production Analyst. At Materion, she improved outcomes by systemizing production procedures and supported the supply chain management team. In her new role with Polaris MEP, Elie will be focusing on employee skills development through continuous improvement services and implementation of Job Quality Tool Kit.
