In 2025 alone, our team partnered with 169 manufacturing companies—supporting more than 6,695 employees across 34 cities and towns throughout Rhode Island. These numbers represent real businesses, real people, and real progress shaping the future of the Ocean State.

Through strategic use of state funding, Polaris MEP draws down critical federal resources to deliver high-impact support where it matters most. Rhode Island’s manufacturing sector—home to approximately 1,234 employers—accounts for 9.1% of the state’s private sector workforce, making it a vital engine of economic opportunity.
