Fair Chance Hiring in Manufacturing Workshop

Join Jobs for the Future (JFF) and MEP partners for an introductory workshop on Fair Chance Hiring in Manufacturing! This workshop will feature a fireside chat with Amanda Hall SHRM-CP, HR Business Partner at JBM Packaging, and is designed for companies in the manufacturing industry interested in learning more about hiring people with a record of arrest, conviction, or incarceration.

JFF is a national nonprofit that transforms U.S. education and workforce systems to drive economic success for people, businesses, and communities. The Center for Justice & Economic Advancement at JFF, which helps employers adopt fair chance hiring and employment practices through training and consultation, is proud to present this workshop in partnership with Manufacturer’s Edge, Manufacturing Works, MassMEP, and Polaris MEP. This session is eligible for one professional development credit from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Join on November 12 to learn how your company can leverage fair chance hiring to access skilled talent, reduce turnover, and align with hiring regulations.
