Polaris MEP is introducing a new optimization tool, the “Business Excellence Assessment.” This Assessment is designed to help identify where a Rhode Island manufacturing company can improve their business across 6 key areas:
- strategy,
- structure,
- people practices,
- methods and tools,
- lateral processes, and
- metrics.

They’ll answer questions about the time required to conduct the Assessment at your company and the benefits you’ll receive.
