Develop the coaching skills that will help you grow as a leader and help your team grow and change.

The current labor shortage means more companies are moving talent up from the inside. These skilled and dedicated supervisors and managers often haven’t been formally trained for their new responsibilities. They’re also now managing former peers, which calls for new skills.

Polaris MEP’s new “Coaching: Move People Forward” course trains leaders in a practical approach to coaching in the moment, in any situation.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This very interactive course helps leaders:

  • Recognize and nurture the potential within others to grow and change.
  • Build a coaching relationship based on trust.
  • Guide, inspire, support, and empower in the moment.
  • Ask questions, connect at a human level, and energize into action.

Through fun and engaging exercises, you’ll develop a new level of competency in Coaching and Developing Others. You’ll also gain an internationally recognized coaching skills Certification from DDI.
