Looking to take the next step — or even a first one — into international trade? You’ll need to understand exporting from a financial perspective.

How will you finance your export expansion? What potential additional expenses must be factored in? How do you make sure you get paid, no matter where your customer is located?

In this 90-minute workshop, international trade consultant/trainer Linda Woulfe helps Rhode Island manufacturers gain the understanding they need to take the next step to exporting. The third in a four-part series, this session dives into financial aspects of international business.

WHAT TO EXPECT

1)         Understand what goes into a pricing strategy

2)         Learn how to finance your exports and resources available

3)         How to mitigate financial risk

4)         Time for Q&A to drill deeper on your questions or challenges

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

  • Owners, Founders, senior executives of RI manufacturing companies who want to start or increase international business
  • CFOs / Controllers
  • Sales and Marketing Leads
