ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Robert C. Sullivan

Assistant Director, New England Onsite Energy Technical Assistance Partnership (TAP)
U.S. Department of Energy

With over two decades of experience in construction project management and clean energy initiatives, Robert currently serves as Assistant Director for the New England Onsite Energy TAP. In this role, he provides technical assistance to large energy users, helping businesses integrate clean energy technologies to meet their sustainability goals. Prior to joining the TAP, Robert managed multi-discipline engineering teams for major infrastructure projects, including carbon capture and renewable energy systems. His extensive background in project design, permitting, and field supervision spans across residential, commercial, and federal projects, making him a valuable resource for energy solutions and decarbonization strategies.
