Increase Productivity & Reduce Turnover with NEW Skills for Success Training

  • Do your newer employees struggle with so-called “soft skills” such as time management or problem-solving?
  • Could your organization benefit from a workforce that not only excels technically but also thrives in collaboration and communication?

In response to employer demand, Polaris MEP has teamed up with Workforce Ready Solutions, LLC to provide our clients with a soft skill training series designed specifically for manufacturing environments.

These “Skills for Success” are essential for Rhode Island manufacturers to maintain efficient, productive and safe workplaces. They’re also indespensable for reducing turnover as elevating these skills reduces friction and helps newer workers feel more confident.

This infosession will provide an overview of the Skills for Success series. Expert Charise Wilson will lead a quick-paced presentation on:

  • Why newer employees need success (soft) skills training
  • What options are available to employers who want to help team embers improve communication, time management, etc.
  • What the Skills for Success training program is
  • How your organization can take a next step towards enhancing individual performance and cultivating a collaborative, resilient workforce.
