Lindsey Brickle
Senior Workforce Manager
For the last 12 years, Lindsey Brickle has worked as a strategic program and development consultant with organizations in the nonprofit, public and private sectors. She provides guidance and supports the implementation of programs in workforce development, STEM education, water sanitation and hygiene, refugees and migration, monitoring, evaluation and gender mainstreaming. In addition to managing Polaris MEP’s workforce programs — helping manufacturers create jobs, retain talent and train workers for tomorrow’s challenges — Lindsey is a director of The Leadership Partnership of Rhode Island. Lindsey has a master’s degree in sustainable international development from The Heller School at Brandeis University, a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from Northeastern University, and is passionate about human rights, social and environmental justice, and economic empowerment. She lives in Barrington with her wife and three children.
