In this session, Polaris MEP’s Workforce Manager Aarin Clemons and Advisor Nathan Bonds are joined by Antaya Technologies Production Manager Kevin Rodrigues to explain why smaller manufacturers should/must be more proactive about focusing on reducing turnover.
