Our friends at the URI Business Engagement Center made us aware of an opportunity for Rhode Island manufacturers.  The University of Rhode Island Office of Veteran’s Affairs is seeking guest speakers from the New England manufacturing community to help their student veteran population in their transition from active duty to the civilian academic community.

Business leaders, entrepreneurs and trades people with military experience are invited to engage our student veterans in classroom sessions, using personal experience, lessons learned, anecdotes and challenges faced to inform and inspire.

Please join them in providing the guidance, resources and opportunities student veterans deserve.
