Corrective and Preventive Actions: Develop Problem-Solving Skills that Drive Continuous Improvement

Empower your CI teams to solve problems with confidence and consistency.

This hands-on training is designed to help teams build the mindset and skills needed to tackle root causes, not just surface issues. Participants will learn how to apply the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, leverage proven problem-solving tools, and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) that lead to lasting results.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How to apply PDCA for structured problem solving
  • Techniques for identifying root causes (not just symptoms)
  • Tools for documenting and implementing CAPA
  • Real-world approaches to continuous improvement

Who Should Attend:

  • Continuous Improvement (CI) team members
  • Quality assurance and operations professionals
  • Supervisors, leads, and frontline managers
  • Anyone responsible for solving problems and improving processes

Why It Matters:
A culture of continuous improvement starts with the ability to recognize problems—and fix them in a way that prevents recurrence. This training supports quality initiatives, operational excellence, and stronger team collaboration.

Whether you’re launching a CI initiative or strengthening an existing program, this training delivers practical strategies you can apply immediately.
