Joe Malachowski joined Polaris MEP after several decades with Rhode Island manufacturing leader MW Components (formerly microPEP). At MW, Joe served as Quality Assurance Manager, establishing strategic plans and procedures and directly supervising eleven Quality employees in a 24/5 production environment.
