Lisa Willis was first introduced to Polaris MEP as a student in the RI MADE program while pursuing her Master of Business Administration at the University of Rhode Island. Upon graduation, she was hired to coordinate the RI MADE program. Before transitioning to Polaris MEP, Lisa spent six years in the healthcare field, where she served as a program coordinator and later as a director. In these roles, she provided guidance and support to the programs under her leadership, successfully developing them into well-established and thriving initiatives that continue to flourish today. Lisa brings extensive experience in program coordination and development, coupled with a master's degree in business administration, a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, and over 20 years of leadership experience, to the Polaris MEP team.
