Learn More About RI MADE and Its Impact
RI MADE was launched in 2023 with funding from the Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation (OLDCC) and a mission to accelerate the defense ecosystem in the State of Rhode Island. This video captures the program’s impact in the words of manufacturing company leaders, participating student-trainees and RI MADE organizers Polaris MEP.
As of September 2024, RI MADE has trained more than 100 students and sector employees, delivered more than 28 action plans to help manufacturers with cybersecurity, automation/robotics and supply chain, and allocated more than $1,400,000 in grants.
