Polaris MEP hosts a screening of Xometry’s upcoming webinar: Advancing Women in Manufacturing!

Join Xometry’s Megan Conniff and Women in Manufacturing president and founder Allison Grealis for a presentation of key insights from the fourth annual Career Advancement in Manufacturing Report. For example, did you know that more than 80% of women recommend a career in manufacturing? Explore this trend and others as we watch this national webinar live, together as a Rhode Island community.

You’ll enjoy a catered lunch while viewing the webinar and then we’ll have a discussion about the data, any differences or trends we see in RI manufacturing and more.

Webinar panel includes:
– Joanna C. Cooper, General Manager, Daimler Truck North America
– Jana Gessner, Global VP – Environmental, Health, and Safety, PepsiCo
– Sophia MacDonald, Chief People Officer, Xometry

Local roundtable to include:

WiM Rhode Island leadership team members
– Polaris MEP Director of Workforce and Community Outreach, Lindsey Brickle

Lunch will be provided.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

Female-identifying manufacturing professionals in Rhode Island and their allies.

You do not have to be a member of WiM Rhode Island to join this event.

COST:

Free, but please consider bringing a small donation to support WiM programming! (We’re a brand new chapter and eager to do more to build this community.)
