Many things are changing for Rhode Island manufacturing companies in response to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic: new processes, new systems, new ways of working together. One “old” system can help workers adopt new behaviors faster and more consistently — LEAN Manufacturing.
In this webinar series, learn how the 5S Lean framework can help your team be safer and more productive during COVID-19 and beyond.
Polaris MEP Project Manager Jeff Stevens has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing as an Engineer, Continuous Improvement Coordinator, and Quality Manager.
